We understand sometimes that a product may not meet your expectations. We strive to provide the best return and exchange process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
 

SALE POLICY

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and CANNOT be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY

•Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on scrunchies, sunglasses and jewelry. However, we do accept returns or exchanges on straw products ONLY.


•Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for items of the same or lesser value three (3) calendar days after purchase.


•The item/s must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, not show any signs of wear and tear and returned with all accessories. This includes the original packaging, labels and protective covers.


•The item/s must be in the same condition as you received it. 


•There will be a 15% restocking fee for items not returned with receipt or proof of purchase, in original condition with packaging, tags or protective cover.


• Simply email us at shirleymaecollection@gmail.com to request an exchange and you will receive further instructions.

REFUND POLICY

•Sorry there is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND on the purchased items UNLESS there is a fault by Shirley Mae Collection.
